At-Home Design Visits
For a more personalised experience, our designer offers single-visit home consultations that provide tailored advice on indoor and outdoor furniture, ensuring your space is both functional and beautiful.
Special Orders
We offer special ordering from our suppliers, allowing you to choose any piece of furniture from their collections as well as different finishes or fabrics that we may not have in stock. Create a customised look that perfectly fits your style and home decor.
To place a special order, reach out to our knowledgeable team via phone, email, or WhatsApp. When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Lead times for special orders vary depending on the supplier, but typically range from 6-8 weeks. Rest assured, we will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you receive your custom piece as soon as possible.
White Glove Delivery
Our white glove delivery service includes special care during wrapping, delivery, and setup. We ensure your furniture is placed perfectly in your indoor or outdoor space.
For deliveries that require two people to handle, we partner with Joe Vieira Trucking. Delivery days are typically Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You can expect a phone call from our team to agree on your delivery date and any special instructions. When you place an order, if you would like to request a specific delivery date, we'll do our best to accommodate.
On the morning of delivery, we’ll confirm an approximate arrival window. Please note, we cannot move existing furniture or collect old items. We can provide contact information for Joe Vieira for any removal needs in advance. Please ensure the area is clear and ready for your fabulous new Island Trading furniture!
White glove delivery is a complimentary service for all orders over $2,000. A $125 fee applies to orders below $2,000. For items deliverable by van we offer delivery island-wide within 2 business days for a $15 charge.
Drop-shipments
Looking for furniture for your home outside Bermuda? While we do not offer international shipping from Bermuda at this time, we do offer a convenient drop-shipping service directly from most of our furniture suppliers to your overseas home. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of having your favourite pieces delivered wherever you need them.

Registries
Perfect for weddings and special occasions, a registry in our store lets your loved ones contribute towards larger furniture items. They can contribute any amount they wish, which will be added to your fund, making it easier to furnish your home with the pieces you love.
For those who prefer online shopping, we recommend purchasing a gift card. This allows the recipients the flexibility to choose the perfect furniture items at their convenience.
Customer Own Material (COM)
Our Customers Own Material (COM) service is perfect for both individual customers and professional designers. This service allows you to infuse your unique style into our furniture pieces.
We accept nearly any fabric of your choice and arrange for it to be expertly applied to any of our suppliers’ furniture. Please note that some exclusions apply, but we will work closely with you to achieve your desired look.
