When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email or phone call with instructions. We endeavour to have purchases ready for pick up within one business day. However, we will do our best to shorten this processing period. Our pick up times are Monday- Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
For items that can be delivered in a van, we offer complimentary delivery island wide within 2 business days for orders over $150. For items under $150, a $10 charge is applied.
For White Glove / Two Person Delivery - delivery days are typically Tues, Thurs and Sat. We will be in contact to arrange a delivery date.
We offer complimentary delivery and white glove set up for all furniture orders over $2,000. There is a $125 fee for two person deliveries on orders below $2,000.
For items that can be delivered in a van, we offer delivery island-wide within 2 business days for a $15 charge.
Yes, we assemble all furniture before delivery.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do, however, offer drop-shipping services if available by the manufacturer. Please contact us with any drop-shipping inquiries.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days, under the following conditions:
• No refunds or exchanges on special order items.
• The item must be in the same condition received, unused, and free of any damage.
• Delivery fees are not refundable.
• Trucking charges will be applied.
• All discounted or sale items are final.
• Item may be exchanged for another, applied to a store credit, or refunded in full.

We can special order any item from any of our suppliers for you. Please visit our suppliers lookbooks or websites to view the full offering of items available. To special order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Many of our furniture suppliers offer warranties on their products. Where there are warranties on a particular product, Island Trading will work to find a solution on your behalf to rectify any product failures. Should a warranty not exist, we will do our best to find a solution provided there is no evidence of misuse.
