Pick-up
We offer collection at our showroom at 93 Reid Street East in Hamilton. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email or phone call with instructions. We endeavour to have purchases ready for pick up with one business day. However, we will do our best to shorten this processing period. Our pick up times are Monday - Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Van Delivery
For orders deliverable by van (under 75 lbs in total and requiring 1 person), we offer delivery island-wide within 2 business days for a $15.00 fee.
White Glove/Truck Delivery
For large or heavy items (orders over 75 lbs, and requiring 2 people), we offer white glove delivery as a complimentary service for all orders over $2,000.
A $125 fee applies to orders that total under $2,000.
